RFID labels for real-time product identification and traceability. At Dipole RFID, we design and manufacture UHF, HF and NFC RFID labels in different materials (paper, PET, ABS, on-metal), sizes, formats and chip (IC) options adapted to a wide range of industrial, logistics and commercial applications. Our RFID labels are designed to perform in any environment, including humidity, cold, metal surfaces, washing processes, outdoor conditions and demanding logistics operations. They enable item-level identification, custom encoding and real-time traceability. We can supply pre-encoded RFID labels with variable printing, compatible with RFID printers and international standards (EPC/GS1, ISO). The result: more reliable readings, fewer errors, and unit-level control of inventory, assets and product movements in any operational environment.

Skyline NXP UCODE 7XM

The Avery Dennison Skyline label features a design and characteristics that enable it to perform exceptionally well on metallic surfaces. It has been specially designed for industrial applications, such as tracking products throughout the entire supply chain, from the beginning to the end of the process.

The embedded chip is the NXP UCODE 7XM, which offers 2048 bits of user memory, 96 bits of TID memory, and a unique 48-bit serial number. Additionally, its reading range can extend up to 5.2 meters, depending on the surface conditions where it is applied.

Product Description Skyline

It has the ability to operate smoothly under extreme temperature conditions, covering a working range from -40°C to 85°C. This device uses UHF frequency and operates within the ETSI frequency range, which is between 865 and 868 MHz.

This label meets the international standards for excellence and efficiency, ISO 18000-63 EPC Class 1 Gen 2, ensuring its optimal performance in challenging environments. Furthermore, like all Avery Dennison RFID products, it is manufactured in accordance with the highest industry quality standards.
