RFID labels for real-time product identification and traceability. At Dipole RFID, we design and manufacture UHF, HF and NFC RFID labels in different materials (paper, PET, ABS, on-metal), sizes, formats and chip (IC) options adapted to a wide range of industrial, logistics and commercial applications. Our RFID labels are designed to perform in any environment, including humidity, cold, metal surfaces, washing processes, outdoor conditions and demanding logistics operations. They enable item-level identification, custom encoding and real-time traceability. We can supply pre-encoded RFID labels with variable printing, compatible with RFID printers and international standards (EPC/GS1, ISO). The result: more reliable readings, fewer errors, and unit-level control of inventory, assets and product movements in any operational environment.

RFID label HID IQ OM LR1200

The RFID IQ OM LR1200 tags are HID products created with the aim of providing precise asset identification. With a unique and adaptable design, they are suitable for application on both flat and curved surfaces of metal elements. This makes them ideal for tracking liquids in containers, laptops, ducts, and equipment.

These tags are excellent for monitoring technological assets in data infrastructures and office spaces, including computer hardware, furniture, and reduced and reusable transport items (RTIs).

They incorporate the UCODE 8 chip, which features a 128-bit EPC memory and a maximum read distance of 13 meters.

Product description IQ OM LR1200

The IQ OM LR1200 tags operate in the worldwide frequency range of 860-960 MHz. They comply with EPC Global Class 1 Gen 2, ISO 18000-6C standards. Their weight is only 1.6 grams, and they have a compact format of 75 mm × 25 mm × 2.8 mm.

They are designed for industrial environments and have IP68 certification. They remain functional for 24 hours at depths of up to one meter in water at 20°C without compromising their functionality. Moreover, they can withstand temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C.
