RFID labels for real-time product identification and traceability. At Dipole RFID, we design and manufacture UHF, HF and NFC RFID labels in different materials (paper, PET, ABS, on-metal), sizes, formats and chip (IC) options adapted to a wide range of industrial, logistics and commercial applications. Our RFID labels are designed to perform in any environment, including humidity, cold, metal surfaces, washing processes, outdoor conditions and demanding logistics operations. They enable item-level identification, custom encoding and real-time traceability. We can supply pre-encoded RFID labels with variable printing, compatible with RFID printers and international standards (EPC/GS1, ISO). The result: more reliable readings, fewer errors, and unit-level control of inventory, assets and product movements in any operational environment.

RFID Metal Label Confidex Steelwave Flex

The Confidex Steelwave RFID tags are optimized for metal surfaces and offer flexible fitting on curved assets. They operate on a global frequency range of 865 to 928 MHz and are equipped with the Impinj Monza 4E chip. The memory configuration includes 496 bits of EPC, 128 bits of user memory, and 96 bits of TID.

This RFID tag provides excellent performance on a wide variety of surfaces. On flat metal, it achieves a reading range of up to 5 meters, while on metal with a radius of 70mm it reaches up to 4 meters, and on metal with a radius of 50mm, up to 5 meters. On plastic surfaces, the reading range is 1 meter in ETSI environments and 5 meters in FCC environments.

Product Description Confidex Steelwave Flex

The Steelwave Flex has a small size of 55 x 25 x 2.5 mm and a weight of 1 gram. In terms of environmental resistance, the tag operates in a temperature range of -35°C to +85°C and can withstand brief periods at +120°C. It has water resistance with an IP68 rating and can tolerate industrial washing.

The tag has a white coated PP surface for high-quality printing, and the backing adhesive is high-adhesion, with excellent adhesion to all surfaces.
