RFID Tag HID FIT Brick Nova

The HID FIT Brick Nova tags are chemical, shock, and vibration-resistant LF tags. They are extremely small and can withstand high temperatures, in addition to being waterproof. Areas of application include asset tracking and logistics, cable identification, inventory and tool or weapon management, key fobs for car immobilization systems, medicine and health, surgical instrument tracking, and medical equipment status and utilization.

Inside, you'll find the Nova chip with 160 bits of programmable EEPROM memory that can be electrically programmed, erased, and reprogrammed.

Product description FIT Brick Nova

The Brick Nova operates at the LF frequency of 130 kHz. The tag dimensions are 12 × 6 × 3 mm, and it weighs 0.45 g. Its mounting method allows it to adhere to any material, and its casing is made of black epoxy.

It complies with IP68 protection rating and withstands exposure to a variety of substances, including bleach, caustic soda, formic acid, gasoline, HCL, oil, and saltwater. It also passes environmental tests at 20°C for 100 hours and withstands an axial/radial force of 500 N for 10 seconds. Its temperature range is from -40°C to +90°C.
