RFID Tag HID Bin Tag HF

HID Global's Unique Bin Tags are passive RFID tags that have been designed to withstand harsh environments and allow for automated data collection, thus avoiding errors that often occur when collecting data manually. In addition to being resistant to water, salt spray, mineral oil and petroleum, these labels also have a high tolerance for impact and temperature variations.

To prevent the loss or theft of the labels, they have an exclusive anchoring system with four cavities of approximately 5.5 mm in size. Bin Tag performance is exceptional when attached to plastic bins.

Product Description HID Bin Tag HF

HID Bin Tag Unique are passive RFID tags that operate at an HF frequency of 13.56 MHz and have 1024 bits of EEPROM memory. They are made of blue polyamide, measuring 30 mm x 15 mm x 30 mm in size and weighing just 6.4g. The read range of this tag varies depending on the reader, environmental conditions, and the surface where the tag is affixed.

These tags offer an IP 67 rated environmental water resistance, making them resistant to extreme temperatures from -40° C to 90° C. They are also certified for shock (IEC 68.2.29) and vibration resistance. (IEC 68.2.6) to ensure optimal performance under difficult conditions of use. They comply with ISO 15693 and ISO 18000-3 standards.
