RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is a robust technology that is increasingly being used to identify, track and get the traceability of all kinds of items. The conversion and manufacturing of RFID tags aims to integrate the (IC) integrated circuit,is in useful formats for printing and encoding, so that any user has a solution for your application. There are many applications of RFID and can be applied in countless different sectors: logistics, industrial production and storage, warehouse management, access control, pharmaceutical and patient tracking, retail, sports timing, nfc, aviation and auto production, libraries, etc. The uses are continually expanding into new industries and sectors.
Omni-ID EXO 400 HT RFID tags are resistant to high temperatures, with a reduced format and optimized for use on metal surfaces. The Exo 400 label is especially suitable for use in extreme environments where heat resistance is required, such as sterilization processes in healthcare, manufacturing, post-automotive painting processes, among others. It is capable of withstanding temperatures from -20°C to 85°C in operation and maximum exposures of up to 235°C.
It can be fixed through two 3mm holes, and incorporates an internal Alien Higgs 3 chip with 96-bit EPC memory, 512-bit user memory, and 64-bit unique TID.DATA SHEET
The Omni-ID Exo 400 HT supports the EPC Class 1 Gen2v2 protocol and operates in the frequency range of 866 to 868 MHz (EU) and 902 to 928 MHz (US). With a fixed reader, you can achieve a read range of up to 4 meters (13,1 feet), while with a handheld reader you can reach up to 2 meters (6,5 feet). The tag is covered in thermoplastic and has a size of 37 x 14 x 7,5 mm (1,46 x 0,55 x 0,30 in) and a weight of 5.7 grams.
It has an IP68 rating for resistance to water and dust. In addition, it is also resistant to shocks and vibrations in accordance with the MIL-STD-810 G standard.
