RFID labels for real-time product identification and traceability. At Dipole RFID, we design and manufacture UHF, HF and NFC RFID labels in different materials (paper, PET, ABS, on-metal), sizes, formats and chip (IC) options adapted to a wide range of industrial, logistics and commercial applications. Our RFID labels are designed to perform in any environment, including humidity, cold, metal surfaces, washing processes, outdoor conditions and demanding logistics operations. They enable item-level identification, custom encoding and real-time traceability. We can supply pre-encoded RFID labels with variable printing, compatible with RFID printers and international standards (EPC/GS1, ISO). The result: more reliable readings, fewer errors, and unit-level control of inventory, assets and product movements in any operational environment.

RFID label HID IQ OM 5

The HID IQ OM 5 RFID tags have been designed to facilitate asset tracking, standing out for their flexibility and special construction. They can adhere to both flat and curved metallic surfaces, making them ideal for use on laptops, liquid containers, pipes, or machinery.

They have broad applications, being particularly useful for monitoring IT assets in data centers and offices. This includes the tracking of computers, furniture, and small Returnable Transport Items (RTIs).

An outstanding feature of these tags is the incorporation of the NTAG 213 chip, with 144 bytes of EEPROM memory. They also come with a self-adhesive for easy installation, and there is the option of an acrylic adhesive.

Product description IQ OM 5

The IQ OM 5s operate on the 13.56 MHz frequency and are in compliance with ISO/IEC 14443A standards, NFC Forum Tag Type 2. Weighing only 2 grams and with a compact size of 30 mm × 30 mm × 0.8 mm, they are remarkably small and light.

These tags are IP68 certified for industrial applications, withstanding 24 hours at a depth of up to 1 meter in water up to 20 °C without their performance being affected. Additionally, they can withstand temperatures ranging from -20° to +70° C.
