The RFID hard tags Smartrac MAXDURA CASE have been specially designed to withstand high temperatures in the most demanding industrial environments. They can withstand up to 1,000 heat cycles. Smartrac Maxdura case high temperature RFID tags feature the Alien Higgs 3 chip with 96-bit EPC memory and 512-bit user memory. The material is a PPS + GF30% in black. The temperatures it can withstand are:

  • 60 mins at 200 °C / 392 °F, 1000 cycles
  • 45 mins at 220 °C / 428 °F, 1000 cycles
  • 30 mins at 240 °C / 464 °F, 1000 cycles
