LAMA Industrial Laundry is the software platform designed by Dipole to transform the operational management of industrial and commercial laundries through radiofrequency identification. The solution offers complete traceability of each garment from entry to exit, replacing manual counting with automated readings that eliminate errors and accelerate workflow.
The Laundry Management Program centralizes control of movements (entry, exit, transfers, inventory), location management, users, and article master, with optional integration with the client's ERP. The system is multilingual (Spanish, Catalan, and French) and can be deployed on a local server, in the cloud, or in a hybrid model that combines internal control with cloud access for clients.
Through the LAMA Cloud Platform, each client can consult their inventory by room in real-time, order history, lost garments, updated stock, and complete clothing flow in their facilities, with configurable access permissions according to user role.
On-site, the Laundry App allows for transfers, shipments, receptions, and inventory to be performed directly from a mobile device, with RFID tag reading and search, and offline operation with automatic synchronization upon recovering connection. For large volumes, the solution incorporates RFID reading arches, cabins, and Cubic RFID systems that allow processing hundreds of garments in seconds, both for merchandise entry and order shipment.
The system automatically generates key performance indicators and sector key reports: washing cycles per garment, usage percentage, lost and recovered garments, accumulation by room or client, bottlenecks ("knots"), and invoice export, offering a solid base for decision-making and continuous service optimization.
The result: fewer lost garments, higher productivity, more accurate billing, and a more transparent and reliable customer experience.
