RFID Tag Omni-ID FIT 400P

The Omni-ID Fit 400P is a high-performance and compact RFID tag, designed specifically for placement on non-metallic assets and plastic materials. Its high-sensitivity RF design and wide reading angle allow for portable and portal reading. The Fit 400P is compatible with finishing processes such as shrink-wrapping, encapsulation, and injection molding, making it an excellent solution for covert labeling.

The Fit 400P is ideal for asset tracking applications, including use on plastic manual tool handles, small plastic tools, and surface mounting on plastic components in high-value assets.

Product description RFID Tag Omni-ID FIT 400P

The Omni-ID FIT 400P has the radio frequency protocol is EPC Class 1 Gen2v2, and its frequency range is between 866 and 868 MHz (EU) or 902 and 928 MHz (US). With a fixed reader, its reading range can reach 4 meters (13.1 feet), while with a handheld reader it is around 2 meters (6.5 feet). The Fit 400P is optimized for use on non-metallic surfaces, and is compatible with plastic materials and other non-metallic substrates.

The Fit 400P tag features an EM 4124 chip and 96-bit EPC memory, with no user memory and a unique 64-bit TID. Its casing is made of ceramic that gives it IP 68 for industrial use, it has dimensions of 17.6 x 7.1 x 4.1 +/- 0.5 mm (0.70 x 0.28 x 0.16 +/- 0.02 in) and a weight of 2.6 grams.
