RFID Metal Tag Omni-Id Exo 600

The Omni-ID Exo 600 is a small footprint, high performance RFID tag designed to meet the diverse needs of the logistics industry. With its wide reading range, wide reading angle and easy mounting capability, it is ideal for use in RTI (Reusable Transport Items) applications in various industries such as logistics, automotive... In addition, it has durability and resistance characteristics that make it suitable for use in adverse conditions.

It is optimized for use in metal and features an Impinj Monza 4QT chip with 128-bit EPC, 512-bit User, and 48-bit Unique TID memory.

Product description RFID Metal Tag Omni-Id Exo 600

The Exo 600 is made of rigid ABS plastic, measures 80 x 15 x 12.5mm and weighs 12.5 grams. It can be fixed mechanically with rivets or a cable tie, or by means of foam adhesive.

It uses the EPC Class 1 Gen2v2 protocol and operates in a frequency range of 860 to 930 MHz. Its read range is up to 6 meters in metal and up to 4 meters outside of it, when using a fixed reader. If a portable reader is used, its reading range on metal is up to 3 meters. It is designed to withstand extreme temperatures, with an operating range of -40°C to +85°C.

It also has a rating of IP68, which means it is dust and water resistant, and is shock and vibration tolerant to MIL-STD-810 G standard. It can withstand a 10kg impact from a height of 1 meter.
