RFID Tag HID Glass Hitag S
The HID Glass Hitag S tags offer an exceptional balance between size and performance for tool identification, equipment tracking, medical instruments, and more. They can be embedded in a wide range of potential casing materials, are fully water-resistant with an IP68 certification, and are resistant to chemical absorption, providing high stability against temperature fluctuations.
The glass casing ensures reliable tag performance, even in adverse conditions. The properties of the glass protect the electronic components from exposure to harsh chemicals, guaranteeing that the tag's readability is not affected by immersion in liquids, and providing excellent stability against temperature fluctuations.
Product description RFID Tag HID Glass Hitag S
The HID Glass Hitag S is available in three versions, varying in size (12mm and 13mm) and memory type: 2048-bit EEPROM or 256-bit EEPROM. The latter is only available in the 13mm version. All of them operate at the LF frequency of 125 kHz.
They operate within a temperature range of -25°C to +85°C, are resistant to exposure to alcohol, 25% ammonium chloride, fuel B, 10% HCL, and saltwater, and comply with EN 60079-0:2009, EN 60079-11:2007, EN 60079-26:2007 standards.
