The HID FIT Ceramic 220HT tags are ideal for effective integration into RFID applications that require lightweight and small tags, yet with outstanding performance while maintaining a discreet location. These devices are specifically optimized for placement on metallic assets, ranging from tools and weaponry to surgical instruments. Their robust design ensures the protection of these tiny UHF transponders, enabling them to withstand exposure to autoclave sterilization and the most rigorous industrial environments.
They stand out for offering an excellent balance between size and performance, being one of the smallest and lowest-profile RFID tags available in the market. Their versatility allows for optimal performance even when in contact with metallic surfaces during the manufacturing process, ensuring resistance to temperatures up to 235°C.

In terms of technical specifications, they have high resistance to chemicals, shocks, and vibrations, as well as heat resistance and water resistance. Therefore, they are ideal for asset tracking and logistics applications, inventory and tool or weapon management, cable identification, as well as surgical instrument tracking and monitoring of medical equipment status and utilization.
Their dimensions are 7.8 × 6.8 × 2.7 mm, and they have a 96-bit EPC memory. The chip used is of type Monza R6-P, and their operating frequency is 865-868 MHz for the EU and 902-928 MHz (FCC). The housing is made of painted ceramic, and they weigh 0.6 g. These tags can operate in a temperature range from -20°C to +85°C, compliant with EPC C1G1, ISO 18000-6C standards. Additionally, their water resistance is certified under the IP68 standard at 20°C.
