RFID Tag LF 12mm Dipole Blaze

The Dipole Blaze RFID tag has been designed to adapt to all kinds of surfaces where robustness and flexibility are required. Additionally, these tags can withstand temperatures ranging from -60 °C to 300 °C, making them suitable for extreme environments. Their installation is straightforward, and they are available in both HF and LF frequencies, allowing for a wide range of applications.

These tags are particularly useful in the food industry, where they are used for animal identification, such as on hooks in pig slaughterhouses. Thanks to their durability and performance in challenging conditions, the Dipole Blaze RFID tag offers a reliable and effective solution for asset tracking and management in various industrial sectors.

Product description RFID Tag LF 12mm Dipole Blaze

The Dipole Blaze family is composed of the Glass tag and a capsule made of PA6 or PPA+ elastomer. The Glass tag is a glass chip or transponder with a diameter of 12 x 2.1 mm that is inserted into the capsule. These tags are specially designed to be applied to metal surfaces, such as containers, hooks, tubes, metal and plastic boxes, high-temperature production processes, among others.

The Exo 600 is made of rigid ABS plastic, measures 80 x 15 x 12.5mm and weighs 12.5 grams. It can be fixed mechanically with rivets or a cable tie, or by means of foam adhesive. It uses the EPC Class 1 Gen2v2 protocol and operates in a frequency range of 860 to 930 MHz. Its read range is up to 6 meters in metal and up to 4 meters outside of it, when using a fixed reader.
