Ceramic Ruminal Bolus

The Rumen Bolus is an innovative all-in-one animal monitoring solution designed to improve the management of herds of cattle, sheep, and goats. It is designed to provide farmers and livestock breeders with an efficient and accurate way to track and manage the well-being of their livestock, making it an essential tool for modern livestock farms.

Manufactured with a biocompatible ceramic capsule, the Rumen Bolus ensures maximum safety when used with animals. This ceramic coating is durable and resistant to adverse conditions within the animal, offering exceptional reliability throughout the device's lifespan.

It is sealed with food-grade silicone, which is completely safe for oral consumption by the livestock. This sealant is resistant to liquids and other materials, protecting the device and internal electronic components from any potential damage.

Product description Ceramic Ruminal Bolus

Each rumen bolus has a unique 15-digit international identifier that cannot be changed. The bolus is administered orally using a special applicator and is positioned in the stomach, where it remains throughout the animal's life.

The Rumen Bolus has been carefully designed to balance its weight and size perfectly, ensuring that once ingested, it stays securely in the animal. This feature guarantees that the device will not move or get lost, providing precise and reliable data throughout the animal's life. Each rumen bolus has a unique 15-digit international identifier that cannot be changed. There are three models of boluses of different sizes and weights that are commonly used for cattle, sheep, and goats.
