The HID Epoxy LF Disc 30mm are high quality RFID tags, designed to offer optimal performance in adverse conditions. Its epoxy resin casing protects advanced embedded chips, enabling the use of RFID technology to accelerate logistics speeds and improve data accuracy in a wide spectrum of rugged industrial applications.

Resistant to fuels, mineral oils, petroleum and salt spray, these labels repel moisture, even in high-temperature, high-pressure washdowns. Their ability to maintain consistent performance despite temperature fluctuations allows them to adapt to demanding applications. These labels can withstand repeated autoclaving in medical applications and plastic injection molding processes to be permanently integrated into industrial components, equipment or containers.

One of the key advantages of this product is its thermal stability, which means that it can withstand extreme temperatures from -25° to 85° C without losing its functionality. Additionally, the tag surface is printable, allowing for visual identification and RFID reading.

It is made of black epoxy and has dimensions of 30 mm × 30 mm × 1 mm. It is designed to be applied to glass, plastic or wood.

It has IP 68 and IP69K protection for environmental protection, as well as IEC 68.2.6 anti-vibration and IEC 68.2.29 anti-shock certification.
