Handheld RFID Reader Nordic ID HH53

The Nordic ID HH53 is a cutting-edge tool, designed to provide accurate and reliable data collection. Its versatility allows for barcode reading, as well as short or long range UHF RFID reading, or even high-demand UHF RFID inventory.

This mobile device comes equipped with an Android operating system and a 4.3-inch touchscreen. The powerful processing allows for the development of more sophisticated applications with smooth operation, enhancing the user experience. The touchscreen, made with Gorilla Glass 2, ensures high quality and robustness in its display.

The Nordic ID HH53 is designed to identify all major 1D and 2D barcodes. The barcode reading feature has a high visibility LED aimer, two character prefixes and suffixes, padding, replacement and an enhanced aiming mode, with an automatic switch between scan line and aiming dot.

What makes the Nordic ID HH53 particularly powerful is its new Nordic ID NUR2-1W module, providing state-of-the-art UHF RFID reading performance. This device is compatible with the ISO 18000-63 standard (EPC Class 1 Gen2).

In the realm of UHF RFID identification, the device offers antenna modes controlled by software, including linear (horizontal and vertical), circular, and proximity modes. With a typical reading speed of up to 1000 tags per second, this device delivers a reading range of up to 10 meters in linear polarization mode, 6 meters in circular polarization mode, and a reading range of up to 1 centimeter in proximity mode.
