Fixed RFID Reader Nordic ID AR85

The Nordic ID AR85 reader has been specially designed for RFID tag identification in spacious environments, offering outstanding UHF RFID performance and multiple connectivity options. With a coverage of up to 120 m² and a reading speed of up to 1,000 tags per second, this device is ideal for large-scale applications.

This reader features an integrated computer based on the Linux operating system, allowing the installation of additional applications for more accurate reading and the detection of tags with lower sensitivity. Furthermore, it provides the capability to monitor tagged items in real-time, as well as location and movement detection.

A notable feature of this device is its optimized design to minimize interference from other nearby RFID readers, ensuring reliable performance in environments with multiple devices.

The NORDIC ID AR85 comes in a square shape with dimensions of 405 x 405 x 68 mm and weighs 2.4 kg. It operates in the UHF frequency band, with an ESTI range (865.6 to 867.6 MHz) and FCC range (902 to 928 MHz). Furthermore, it ensures smooth operation in a temperature range from -20°C to +55°C.

It is important to mention that this device is exclusively designed for indoor use, as it has an IP20 protection rating, indicating it has no water resistance and its resistance to solid objects is greater than 12 mm.
