At Dipole RFID, we design and manufacture UHF, HF and NFC RFID labels in different materials (paper, PET, ABS, on-metal), sizes, formats and chip (IC) options adapted to a wide range of industrial, logistics and commercial applications. Our RFID labels are designed to perform in any environment, including humidity, cold, metal surfaces, washing processes, outdoor conditions and demanding logistics operations. They enable item-level identification, custom encoding and real-time traceability. RFID Label Dipole heat sealable

Dipole's heat-sealable textile RFID tags are within the TEXTIL family and have an RFID composition of UHF technology (860-960 MHz) that adheres to clothing with a heat-sealable system during its manufacturing process.

These labels remain on the clothing at all times, allowing control of all production, logistics, distribution and sales processes. In addition, Dipole has materials that are resistant to industrial washing, which makes them very useful for industrial products that require precise monitoring.

Dipole's heat-sealable textile RFID labels are fully customizable and adapt to the needs of each client. Also, they are very easy to use and apply.

Dipole RFID tags are made with polyester and, as manufacturers, we can make our heat-sealable RFID tags according to the customization that the client needs, both in shape and with the type of internal IC. These tags are printable with any standard RFID printer, facilitating day-to-day use in the workplace.

The main applications of this type of labels are in clothing, home textiles, mattresses, industrial washing... All our labels comply with the ISO 18000-6C and EPC Class 1 Gen 2 regulations.
