RFID labels for real-time product identification and traceability. At Dipole RFID, we design and manufacture UHF, HF and NFC RFID labels in different materials (paper, PET, ABS, on-metal), sizes, formats and chip (IC) options adapted to a wide range of industrial, logistics and commercial applications. Our RFID labels are designed to perform in any environment, including humidity, cold, metal surfaces, washing processes, outdoor conditions and demanding logistics operations. They enable item-level identification, custom encoding and real-time traceability. We can supply pre-encoded RFID labels with variable printing, compatible with RFID printers and international standards (EPC/GS1, ISO). The result: more reliable readings, fewer errors, and unit-level control of inventory, assets and product movements in any operational environment.

RFID Tag HID LinTRAK XS

HID Global's LinTRAK UHF RFID tags are specifically designed to identify textile and linen products in the laundry industry. They withstand the rigors of repeated washes, exposure to water, cleaning products, sterilization, water extraction pressure, heat sterilization, and pressure washing. The mounting method is sewing into the hem or bag.

They comply with the EPC global UHF Class 1 Gen 2 and ISO 18000-63 RAIN RFID standards, allowing for reprogramming of the EPC code to ensure privacy. LinTRAK XS is the smallest tag in HID's LinTRAK family, ideal for personal clothing items in environments that require discretion and reliable reading performance.

  • Pre-drying in Tumber: 160°C (320°F) / 30 minutes
  • Tunnel Finisher: 185°C (365°F) / 30 minutes

  • Water extraction press: 60 bars
  • Chemical resistance: All standard chemicals used in laundry processes.
