RFID Tag HID LinTRAK C15

The LinTRAK RFID tags from HID Global have been specially designed for the identification of textile and linen products. Thanks to their shape, durability, and ease of attachment, they meet the tracking requirements of the laundry industry. These tags withstand the rigors of repeated washings, including exposure to water, cleaning chemicals, sterilization heat, and water pressure extraction.

They use the Monza M730 chip, which allows them to be read at distances of up to 8 meters and has a 128-bit EPC memory. The patented design ensures the secure positioning of the internal chip in relation to the antenna, guaranteeing consistent performance throughout the entire lifespan of the tag.

This product operates in the UHF frequency range of 860 to 960 MHz and is certified with MR, ensuring the safety of the tags in environments with magnetic resonance machines. Additionally, the tags have been designed to withstand:

Exposure: 36,25 PSI (2,5 bars)
Washing tunnel: 90 °C (194 °F) / 15 minutes
Pre-drying: 160 °C (320 °F) / 30 minutes
Final tunnel: 185 °C (365 °F) / 30 minutes
Sterilization: 134 °C (273 °F) / 20 minutes
Water extraction press: 60 bars
Chemical resistance: All standard chemicals used in laundry processes
