RFID Tags

RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is a robust technology that is increasingly being used to identify, track and get the traceability of all kinds of items. The conversion and manufacturing of RFID tags aims to integrate the (IC) integrated circuit,is in useful formats for printing and encoding, so that any user has a solution for your application. There are many applications of RFID and can be applied in countless different sectors: logistics, industrial production and storage, warehouse management, access control, pharmaceutical and patient tracking, retail, sports timing, nfc, aviation and auto production, libraries, etc. The uses are continually expanding into new industries and sectors.

RFID Tag HID Iron Tag 176

The IronTag 176 tags from HID represent a leap in the RFID field intended for the tracking of metallic objects. These tags are meticulously designed to provide exceptional performance on metal surfaces, an area traditionally problematic for many RFID tags.

What truly makes HID's IronTag 176 exceptional is their ability to withstand a wide range of extreme conditions. From exposure to chemical agents to dramatic temperature variations, through intense vibrations and impacts, these tags are built with resilience in mind. Originally designed to track aircraft components, they have proven their ability to endure the most rigorous conditions typical of manufacturing, processing, and operation of equipment and vehicles.

Product description Iron Tag 176

The IronTag 176 operates at frequencies of 865-868 MHz according to ETSI regulations and 902-928 MHz in line with FCC regulations. They are equipped with a Higgs 3 chip and offer a user memory of 512 bits. Measuring 53 x 23 x 7 mm and made of PPA, they weigh 14.7 grams and offer water resistance rated at IP68, allowing them to function in temperatures ranging from -40° to +85° C as well as being waterproof, resistant to high-temperature and pressure washes, and can withstand exposure to fuels, oils, saltwater, and ultraviolet rays.

But resilience does not mean sacrificing efficiency. Despite their robust and compact design, these tags offer a powerful reading capacity with a range of up to 4 meters. They also feature generous memory capacities, offering up to 8192 bits of user memory. They are designed to be versatile: they can be adhered to any metallic surface using industrial adhesives.
