The Epoxy HF Keyfob is a heavy-duty RFID tag, designed to withstand harsh environments and demanding applications. With its ability to withstand extreme temperatures, resist moisture and chemicals, and be compatible with multiple operating frequencies, it is an ideal solution for asset identification and tracking in a wide range of industries.

They can be used despite temperature fluctuations, allowing Epoxy Tag transponders to adapt to demanding applications. These tags can tolerate repeated autoclaving in medical applications and plastic injection molding processes for permanent embedding into industrial components, equipment, or containers.

Product description Epoxy HF Keyfob

The HID Epoxy Tag Keyfob uses the HF 13.56 MHz frequency (NFC) and has a 8 Kb memory. One of the key advantages of this product is its thermal stability, which means that it can withstand extreme temperatures of -40° at 140° C without losing its functionality. Additionally, the tag surface is printable, allowing for visual identification and RFID reading.

It is made of black epoxy and has dimensions of 30mm × 45mm × 1.6mm with a fixing hole of approximately 5mm. It is designed to be applied to glass, plastic or wood.

It has IP 68 and IP69K protection for environmental protection as well as IEC 68.2.6 anti-vibration and IEC 68.2.29 anti-shock certification.
