This tag incorporates the NXP Ucode 8 chip with a 128-bit EPC memory and a 96-bit TID memory with a unique 48-bit serial number.

The Minidose is approved for use in healthcare applications by the RFID Laboratory at Auburn University. It is the first and smallest inlay on the market that meets the ARC S category for pharmaceutical applications.

The Minidose inlays operate in the UHF frequency band of 860 - 960 MHz and are compatible with the international standard ISO/IEC 18000-63, EPC Gen 2 V2.

It has antenna dimensions of 12 x 22 mm and can operate in a temperature range of -40 °C to 85 °C, ensuring its functionality even in extreme conditions. With all these features, Minidose presents itself as the ideal choice for all product identification needs in the healthcare sector and beyond.
