The Omni ID Fit 210 HT tag is a high temperature RFID tag designed to withstand applications with temperatures up to 225 °C. It is especially suited for tool tracking and integration applications such as hand tools, automotive paint processes, and point-of-manufacturing IT assets. It can also be used in the healthcare industry for high temperature sterilization processes.
This tag can be applied to metals without performance being affected by interference and its chip is an Alien Higgs 3, with a memory of 96 bits for EPC, 512 bits for user and 64 bits for unique TID.DATA SHEET
The Omni Id Fit210 HT features an EPC Class 1 Gen2v2 protocol and has a frequency range of 866-868 MHz (EU) and 902-928 MHz (US). Its reading range varies depending on the type of reader used, reaching up to 2 meters with a fixed reader and up to 1 meter with a portable reader. It can operate in a temperature range from -20°C to +85°C and withstand maximum exposures up to 225°C. It has an IP68 rating, which means it is resistant to dust and water.
The tag has dimensions of 57.1 x 5.95 x 1.3 mm and a weight of 1 gram. It comes with an adhesive film for placement.
