RFID labels for real-time product identification and traceability. At Dipole RFID, we design and manufacture UHF, HF and NFC RFID labels in different materials (paper, PET, ABS, on-metal), sizes, formats and chip (IC) options adapted to a wide range of industrial, logistics and commercial applications. Our RFID labels are designed to perform in any environment, including humidity, cold, metal surfaces, washing processes, outdoor conditions and demanding logistics operations. They enable item-level identification, custom encoding and real-time traceability. We can supply pre-encoded RFID labels with variable printing, compatible with RFID printers and international standards (EPC/GS1, ISO). The result: more reliable readings, fewer errors, and unit-level control of inventory, assets and product movements in any operational environment.

RFID Label Confidex Silverline Blade II

This RFID tag has been designed to be applied on metal surfaces without affecting its performance. Although it is optimized for use on metal, it works on any surface, including curved surfaces following the installation instructions.

It features an Impinj M730 chip and its memory is configured with 128 bits of EPC and 96 bits of TID. Each tag contains a unique random number of 96 bits in its EPC memory.

The reading range is up to 10 meters on metallic surfaces, up to 5 meters on plastic surfaces, and up to 4 meters in liquids, in both ETSI and FCC environments.

Product Description Silverline Blade II

The Confidex Silverline Blade II tag has dimensions of 60 x 25 x 1.4 mm and offers outstanding environmental resistance, with an operating temperature range of -35°C to +85°C and a maximum temperature of +110°C for 10 minutes.

It has an IP68 rating, having been tested for 5 hours in water at a depth of 1 meter, and also withstands industrial washing with standard solvents. The tag has excellent chemical resistance and shows no physical or performance changes after prolonged exposures to various chemical agents.
