RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is a robust technology that is increasingly being used to identify, track and get the traceability of all kinds of items. The conversion and manufacturing of RFID tags aims to integrate the (IC) integrated circuit,is in useful formats for printing and encoding, so that any user has a solution for your application. There are many applications of RFID and can be applied in countless different sectors: logistics, industrial production and storage, warehouse management, access control, pharmaceutical and patient tracking, retail, sports timing, nfc, aviation and auto production, libraries, etc. The uses are continually expanding into new industries and sectors.
01
The Dipole Blaze RFID tag has been designed to adapt to all kinds of surfaces where robustness and flexibility are required. Additionally, these tags can withstand temperatures ranging from -60 °C to 300 °C, making them suitable for extreme environments. Their installation is straightforward, and they are available in both HF and LF frequencies, allowing for a wide range of applications.
These tags are particularly useful in the food industry, where they are used for animal identification, such as on hooks in pig slaughterhouses. Thanks to their durability and performance in challenging conditions, the Dipole Blaze RFID tag offers a reliable and effective solution for asset tracking and management in various industrial sectors.
DATA SHEET02
The Dipole Blaze family is composed of the Glass tag and a capsule made of PA6 or PPA+ elastomer. The Glass tag is a glass chip or transponder with a diameter of 12 x 2.1 mm that is inserted into the capsule. These tags are specially designed to be applied to metal surfaces, such as containers, hooks, tubes, metal and plastic boxes, high-temperature production processes, among others.
