Confidex Car Distribution Label

The Confidex RFID tag, Car Distribution, is used to identify vehicles from the final assembly phase to their arrival at dealerships with optimized removable adhesive for automobile logistics. It is an innovative and efficient product designed to facilitate the tracking and management of vehicles in the automotive industry.

With a global operating frequency of 860-960 MHz, this RFID tag uses the Impinj Monza 4E chip and has a memory configuration of 496 bits EPC, 128 bits user memory, and 96 bits TID.

The expected lifespan of these RFID tags is several years under normal operating conditions, making them a reliable and durable solution for the automotive industry.

Product description Car Distribution Label

The Car Distribution RFID tag is designed to be applied to non-metallic surfaces. It has dimensions of 44 x 105 x 0.2 mm and weighs only 4g. It is made with a white synthetic printable surface layer and has a removable adhesive that leaves no residue when removed, making it easy to use on different surfaces.

Regarding environmental resistance, the RFID tag can operate in a temperature range of -20°C to +80°C (-4°F to +176°F) and withstand changes in ambient temperature. To ensure the lifespan of the adhesive, it is advised to store the tags under conditions of 20°C and 50% humidity.
