The RFID tag from Alien Technology, ALN-9715 "Glint" RFID inlay, has been designed for use in jewelry and cosmetic applications where the tag is in proximity to metallic or metal-coated objects.

It operates in the UHF frequency band in the range of 840 to 960 MHz and features the built-in Alien Higgs 4 chip, which has a 128-bit EPC memory and a 128-bit user memory.
